The hotel was set in a secluded area right by the park, the gardens and the ferry terminal. Moreover, it was 4 km from an Ashton park.

The venue is quiet and incredible. Well-maintained and airy rooms with lovely views of the grounds are accompanied by excellent service. The location is stunning and marvellous, near Royden Park, lovely gardens and the ferry terminal, you cannot beat it. The bar is cosy. Can't recommend highly enough this place.
